A: Smaller companies have the option of a fixed monthly subscription fee no matter how often they need assistance from their business IT managed support team. We will find a service plan that is most effective for your company’s needs. There are no call-out fees or travel time with a monthly pricing plan available (contact us for inclusions) of $135 per hour (excluding GST). A one-hour minimum upfront fee is required, and from there, 15-minute blocks are available at $33.75 per 15 minutes.
