In these Terms and Conditions:
“Gift Card” refers to the Gift Card product available for purchase.
“Terms and Conditions (Gift Card)” means these terms and conditions;
“we”, “us” or “our” means Buzz A Geek Pty Ltd
“Recipient” refers to the Gift Card recipient as specified during the order process.
“you” or “your” means the company/employee/customer/client/or person who has ordered/purchased a Gift Card from Buzz A Geek Pty Ltd.
“Value” refers to the selected dollar value of the Gift Card when it was ordered.
“Balance” refers to the remaining dollar value a Gift Card has that can be used towards Buzz A Geek Pty Ltd services.
“Booking” refers to the act of reserving an appointment for a Buzz A Geekt Pty Ltd service.
“On-site IT Support” is a single on-site visit (1 Hour of Onsite Support at your home or office) for the purpose of providing onsite computer support services.
“Remote IT Support” refers to a Buzz A Geek technician connecting to a remote computer from their consoles via the Internet and working directly on the remote system for the purposes of IT support services.
“Activation” refers to the act of confirming your self as the legitimate Gift Card owner via the online gift card activation process.
