We continue to grow in becoming a preferred I.T. Solutions company to many small to medium-sized businesses across Australia. So we are now looking for people to help fill our Call Centre to help provide assistance to our customers & technicians on a daily basis.
Successful candidates will be able to work from home.
This individual has to have a positive attitude, a hunger to learn, to be laser-focused, self-sufficient, strong team player, and somewhat technically minded.
This role will challenge you as you navigate through the IT landscape. This is a part-time position for someone who wants to begin their career, or, cement an income that fits their current schedule.Â
We are seeking team members who can work within a Monday to Saturday roster and have the ability to work addition hours if required.
Your responsibility is to respond to incoming calls from the customers to answer questions, respond to inquiries, provide information and handle complaints regarding the organisation’s products or services.
Additionally, agents are responsible for making outbound calls to set appointments, gather survey data, and chase up any outstanding debts.
We are building our team here at Buzz A Geek and are seeking somebody with some Call Centre experience to improve upon our current process and take it to the next level.Â
Call centre experience would be advantageous, however we do provide full training, so there is no need for any technical or call centre experience.
A probation period of 30 day(s) is applicable for this role.
