We support up to a maximum of six (6) home-base PCs, which include desktop and laptop computers, and up to a maximum of six (6) mobile devices. 

If you have more devices that need coverage then we certainly can assist. Please call us to discuss your options.

Based on a fair-use policy we will provide up to 2 hours of support for your home devices in a calendar month.

We use industry proven software to provide remote support for our customers.

This software can be loaded on Apple Mac and Windows based PCs. Even mobile devices such as iPads, iPhones, and Android devices, are also supported by this software.

For each support session, and with our guidance, we help you install our software.

We then resolve your issue as quickly as possible. Once everything is back to the way you want it, we then uninstall our software. Keeping your privacy secure.

From system crashes to simple glitches, ConnectWise helps us get you back online faster. In most cases, we can restore lost data, diagnose connectivity issues and troubleshoot software. We can also view and remedy ransomware and malware threats to keep you safe and secure at all times.

Our subscription model is super flexible with month-to-month and annual payment options, and you can cancel your account at anytime.

All prices are indicative of G.S.T of 10%.
We can accept VISA or Mastercard and automatically debit your nominated account on that last day of the month. So no need to worry about not being covered.
We operate on a 2 hour turnaround time. But most problems can generally be resolved within 60 minutes of your call being registered.

No harm in asking! It makes perfect sense to request a previously used technician and we are happy to accommodate. 

However, there are times when technicians are available. All our technicians are very capable so you’ll be back on your feet in no time.

Our remote subscription offerings are good value. Yet it’s not for everbody and we get that!

You can choose from our adhoc IT support options.

Remote work attracts a rate of $160 per hour (includes GST). We divide this into 15-minute blocks and charge for the time that is consumed.

We accept VISA or Mastercard.

There are times when your device is unable to be remotely supported for various reasons. In this case we would have to dispatch a technician that is nearest to you.

Onsite technicians attract a cost to the customer over and above there subscription rate.

However the benefit of using our remote subscripton service is that onsite technician visits are costed at a reduced rate.

We understand disaster strikes when you least expect it and to be fair to our customer we will try accomodate each request. We allocate two (2) hours per customer per calendar month. This service is heavily discounted and in turn we have to protect ourselves by having a fair usage policy. 

At our discretion we may charge customers an additional amount for the remote consultation.
